“You Are Doing This To God The Father Himself. This Is The Greatest Thing You Can Do. Your Names Will Be Written In The Book For What You Are Doing Here Today.” –Fr. Steve Mattson, Pastor, Church of the Resurrection, prior to our Assembling the 172 Baskets for Lansing. Fr. Steve gave us a Blessing and this powerful insight.

“We have been witnesses at the monastery of love for needy folks for a number of years now. Our dear friend, Brent Heyer, has requested the use of our Guild Room for several days to gather food with other like-minded individuals and to pack hundreds of baskets at Thanksgiving time for their unknown but needy friends … for Jesus’ needy brothers and sisters. God Bless all the generous participants!’ – Winter 2012 Echoes Newsletter from the OP Nuns, Monastery of the Blessed Sacrament
